Internal Sales Representative- Adelaide Branch

All Lift Forklifts has been operating since 1998 and is a family-owned company.

This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in our rapidly growing family owned rental and sales business that facilitates the hiring, selling, and servicing of Elevated Work Platforms including Scissors, Boom Lifts, Telehandlers and Forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling and Mining Sectors. This position will provide support and work closely with the forklift & access rental department. 

Based in our new Edinburgh North Branch and reporting directly to the State Manager, you will be primarily responsible for building market share and driving revenue by developing new business.

All Lift Forklifts & Access Equipment is a family owned and operated rental and sales company with branches throughout Australia. As a Nationally Appointed, Magni Telescopic Handler, Liugong Forklifts & CVS Ferrari Forklifts Distributor we have a Full-Time position available to join our Sales department.

In this role you will be responsible for turning leads into orders. Cold calling target lists. You will utilise your hard work and experience to contribute to the profitability of the business.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Working closely with the Rental Sales team and customers, the main areas of responsibility for the role will include but not be limited to:

1. Take inbound sales calls and convert to orders. Process these and follow up customer quotes/orders

2. Ensuring Customer orders are input into our ERP system and received in line with a promised delivery date to customer working with our team

3. Proactively managing customer interactions via telephone and seizing opportunities to upsell.

4. Support rental team and service team

5. cold call to achieve sales targets

6. Use BCI checking for new prospects and report to team and rental Manager

7. Hit monthly and annual KPI and goals

3. Must be able to do multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

4. Strong work ethic and a desire to strive for customer satisfaction
