All Lift Forklifts & Access Equipment has been operating since 1998 and is a family owned company with our headquarters based in Rydalmere, NSW.
This is a great opportunity for a person to become involved in our rapidly growing rental, sales & service company for forklifts and access equipment.
The position will provide support and work very closely with the forklift + access service department but also work as a team with all other departments.

Your strengths will include:
- Hire industry background would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge required, capacity to quote service & repairs on Access, Forklift & Telehandlers
- Highly motivated, proactive and a can do approach
- Demonstrated history of wanting to learn with team orientation.
- Good organisation skills and time management
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying periodic maintenance on rental fleet, assist , following up jobs in our data base (currently we use MCS rental software) of retail clients.
- Assisting admin & closing of internal work orders
- Controlling retail service enquiry phone calls and quoting & invoicing.
- Coordination of Retail repairs with FS controller & Workshop team.
- Provide assistance to the service coordinator and service manager.
- Quoting on servicing of equipment for customers for all retail customers.
- Invoicing & coordination of field service fleet damages.
- Working closely with service and rental teams as required.
- Dealing with customers attending the branch and their expectation for service requirements with their equipment
